I have sent questions to Raymarine's tech support via their website twice regarding my Autohelm and received prompt answers. You have to navigate through their website and prove that the answer to your question isn't already there in the FAQs, but eventually you will be able to send your question. I bet they will be able to help you. I have also even spoken to a human being there!
