Removing an account

How do I do I go about closing my account on here?

How come you want to leave? I enjoyed your delivery captain post.
Many of us are amateurs, it's nice to have a professional point of view.

I pretty sure lots of us would like to hear some of your delivery stories, I know I would.

So what is your most memorable delivery.
Most difficult owner.
Worst delivery you turned down.

The Delivery Skipper - St. Maarten to Ibiza thread is disappointing. I have many stories and a wealth of real life experience I could share. If this is an indicator of the audience on here I would be best served to just polity say this is not a venue where I feel generous sharing what I have spent a lifetime learning.

Please send me the link to delete my account.

Thanks

You need to send a PM to 'administrator' and request that your account be deleted.

It is a pretty active site however.
As I'm sure you have guessed there are many readers that would value your experience and not say much combined with folks who say a lot and can be a little rough.
There is also the new guy effect where you may have 50 plus years of experience but until you have posted enough for the regulars to get a sense of your background you may get a little hazing.

It is all in good fun and it does not take long for folks to find out who you really are. It is just a little new guy hazing, all in good fun and in the end you may find a lot of appreciate listeners and maybe even lean a thing or two yourself.

Well, aren't you precious.

Pretty thin-skinned to be an experienced TransAt delivery skipper, aintcha?

We didn't miss you before you arrived, we won't miss you when you leave.

Ok, I have been trying to find the post that makes Captnshaw want to leave. The one referred to with "St. Maarten to Ibiza" to find out what was so offending to want to leave this site. I used the search function trying several times but no luck. I suppose I need a website navigation lesson? Can someone tell me how to find the offensive post? I have seen some nasty stuff on this site but most every comment thus far has been provoked by something legit.

Thanks

He is pissed that Sailnet won't allow him to pimp his business without buying an add.
