CD, along the way stop to read the TERMS OF SERVICE at Photobucket. Not beign a lawyer or a judge I can't say how they might be held, but they appear to say that Photobucket can also sell your images as stock photography, so if the image you host there winds up in some glossy magazine ad and you don't get a nickel for it...

Just be aware the terms of service you are agreeing to, appear to allow that.

Since most ISPs also provide free web hosting services, where no rights are given away, folks might want to check their own ISP before turning to a "free" online host like Photobucket, if the photos are worth anything.
