Engine replacement - Bristol
Two days into our maiden voyage on our 1985 Bristol 41 centercockpit, we began hearing weird engine noises. Returning post haste to port, we found oil in the bilge and on top of the valve covers. A once over by a professional diesel mechanic has determined our engine has died. We now must move on to replacement or rebuild. In either case, we are at a loss as to how to get the sink cabinetry removed to access the entire engine. Anyone had a similar situation? Time is of the essence. Thanks.
