need help on venture 23 rigging

I have just bought a 1972 venture 23 . The boat seems in good shape but I am having problems with the rigging. The front sails don't stay in line and the boat tends to site back out of the water making it hard to steer . I would like to know what the rigging should be on this boat if possible. I am also interetsted in anyones opinions of roller ferlings verses sail bags for sail use on this boat.
Thanks for any help
Randy Zondag

SailboatData.com - sailboat database with specifications, drawings and photos, more than 8000 listings

this will help with dimensions.

my rolling furler works like a charm, but i dont know if the cost would be worth it to you on that boat.

not quite sure what you mean by 'dont stay in line' pics might help

Checkout "The Complete Rigger's Apprentice" by Brion Toss. Your boat may just need to be tuned properly. He also has a DVD Called Tuning your Rig. I have not seen that but the book is priceless.
