Alvestron (Anderson) auto-bailer

Can anyone help me with direction to change the gasket on an Alvestrom (Anderson) auto-bailer?

I took the four little screws off, but I am not sure how to unhinge the aouto-bailer from its rectangular chassis.

Usually a little vasaline will fix most leaking autobailers. If the gasket really is shot someone else will have to offer some advice. I replaced one once but I don't remember exactly how I got it all apart.
