Hull repair advise

seek advise. Have sunchaser2 hull which is armorclad. The vinyl armorclad is peeling off at numerous sites and not repairable. Vinyl is readily removed exposing the foam core hull. Can fiberglass be applied directly to the foam core?

The styrene in polyester resin will disolve the foam. Epoxy will work if you do it right.
