love on the rocks(I mean my boat)

I hauled my cal out yesterday after a brief but damaging15 minuteson the jeddies. She has some major hull damage. I have some experience with fiberglass but nothing like this. I have three cracks, one is around two feet long and the others about ten inches plus about 40 good deep gouges that I know I can repair.
First question: Will I loose my structural integrity on the boat?

second: How long should I expect to be working on it?

third: Does any one have any good advice on the steps to do this?
I have a pretty good idea of what to do but the thought of putting a circular saw on my hull gives me the willies.

Grind back to solid glass each side of the holes, inside as well as outside where possible, taper the edges at 12 to 1 and use epoxy and biaxial cloth starting with the largest piece and working to the smallest. You shouldn't need a circular saw. You should not lose structural strength either.

Do not use polyester as its bonding strength is inferior to epoxy when the original glass has cured. And if you use mat make sure it states it is compatible with epoxy - most mat isn't. Biaxial 1708 is a good choice - it is a stitched roving with epoxy compatible mat on one side.

Thanks for the info. Sounds like good working advice. After reviewing the 8 cracks ( one measurind four feet with a vetical eight inch crack in center) I have decided her day is done. I am not in love enough with the boat to put the time and money she needs in to her.
I am curently looking at a 1980 Choey Lee. I needed something bigger that I could actualy find a place to lay down in.
