Pop ups covering text of messages

These new pop ups are covering the text in messages. How does one get rid of them.

There was one for Hyde Sails that I first noticed. I cannot remember the second one. There does not seem to be a way to close the pop up.

They seem to appear on pages that have ads in the middle. There is one that I can see on this page http://www.sailnet.com/forums/politi...eaders-36.html
