Aries windvane servo rudder repair

I have a aries lift up windvane that has done extensive and admirable service. I servo rudder has become lose on it shaft and rotates about 5 - 10degrees. I am not aware of having hit anything and can not think of any specific reason for this except age. I am worried that with time that this wioll become worse. Has anyone else experienced a similar problem? Any suggestions for the best way to repair it? Thanks.

Bearings and drive line do wear on these things. Have you checked with Aries? There is a lot of information available for free and probably even on-line service manuals. Aries may have spare parts. The wind vane makers have a vested interest in your happiness with their product.
