How to Start New Threads and Post Replies

Thanks for visiting the new SailNet Community.

In order to start new threads and post replies you must:
1) Be a SailNet Member
2) Be Logged in.

All prior Sailnet Members who have joined the website in the past and chose a username and password are automatically members of the new website.

All of your usernames and passwords have been converted into our new system. Yes, all 113,000 members!

If you have forgotten your username or password, you can retrieve it by supplying your username or email address by clicking here: http://www.sailnet.com/forums/login.php?do=lostpw

To start a new thread Click the: button which is displayed at the top of every forum.

To post a reply to an ongoing thread you have three options:
1st - you can click the button displayed right in someone's post.
2nd - You can scroll to the bottom of the thread and click the button - this also gives you the most reply options when replying.
3rd - You can scroll to the bottom of the thread and use the "Quick Reply" box. There's a toolbar that allows you to add images, change fonts, font colors, quote the post you are replying to etc.
