J44...I assume you mean how do I start a NEW thread.
First select a forum...like "Buying a Boat"...you'll see a button labeled "New Thread" in the top left corner. Use it and you are in business.

You guys are catching a lot of old posts lately. That J44 was a single poster from Oct. 06. Someone is going around raising the dead.
