Pacific seacraft oreiom27

confused: I am thinking of buying a 1980 27' pacific seacraft, pretty basic, for around25K, Whats the challenges to this, He doesnt know about the condition of the sails or the engine,,,,he did run it and said it was good, What a few things i should look for, Havebeen out ot thr loop for a while now. Help!
