The database engine that powers Sailnet.com is having issues and they are supposedly working on upgrading it to an open-source solution that will be more robust and less buggy. That is the apparent reason it keeps crashing and losing threads, posts, etc. The problem seems to be getting far worse in the last two weeks than it has been previously—with the outages occurring more frequently and being of longer duration.
