I can understand the requirement to post 10 messages before being allowed to send a new PM to someone. But to respond to a person's PM? Insane! I wonderful person wrote me a very handy email regarding a question I had posted. The sad part is I can't even respond to say thank you. How foolish! At least allow replies before 10.
