Funny you mention this. I have never gotten an email either, and i like it that way. Just about two weeks ago I started getting them and now they load up my mail box ( hint, don't subscribe to the song chain!). I've tried and tried to make it stop, but they just keep coming. Now I'm to the point where I may just junk email all sailnet messages.

Hint, when I reply to a thread it subscribes for me, so every time I reply I have to unsubscribe.

If you look down the additional options list to the "thread subscription" menu, you have a few options for notification type. Changing that option seems to have no effect on my getting emails. This started recently, and even though I select "do not subscribe" or "no email notification", I still get the emails. So, I'm going to have to filter all the sailnet emails. It's like a lot of other things at sailnet, check out the plethora of newbie threads asking how to post pics.

Hint, Hint: Look in the "User CP" then "Edit Options"

In the "Messaging & Notification" box look at "Default Thread Subscription Mode"

I have mine set for "No email notification" and don't receive any emails to subscribed threads.

I am set to no email notification, and still get them. They just started coming for no reason and without me changing my options.
