Securing floor panels inside a sailboat
My Beneteau 473 has very artistically cut out teak and holly floor panels. They must have been designed by a Puzzle artist They fit nicely, are a pain to removesince they are very tight against each other, but non stop rub and make noise. I just went through 12H of beating into a 35 to 40Kt wind and nice waves and got severely agravated by the non stop noise of the floor panels. I have sofar screwed down a couple of the large ones which I do not need to remove often but I need to find a sytem to secure the ones under which I need to access frequently. I am thinking of T pins with an O ring flush with the floor but do not know where to find them. How to source them would be great or any other idea would be welcome.
