Sailnet.com Malfunctions

Hi Guys,

Not complaining, per se, but it looks like y'all have some serious issues going. Site was "down," in one-respect-or-another, each of the last two mornings (Thu, 2008-07-23 and Wed, 2008-07-23). Now I see that an email I sent to the P30 mailing list last night is still sitting on my mailserver, undelivered because "host list.sailnet.net[65.36.168.98] said: 451 Write to database failed. (in reply to end of DATA command)"

Ironically, the site was down again when I first tried to get here to report these issues.

When I checked this morning, I noticed the outage affected your store, as well.

thanks for the message - we are 'painfully' aware of the issues and are in the process of configuring a secondary server that will alleviate the workload on the primary server.
