New Censor Rules? Certificate?

I noticed in the past couple of days harmless words that contain other words getting asterisked, as in "sea****" and my favorite, "sal****er" . I don't believe this is a browser setting on my part. What's up? I think the reins should be loosened a bit. Seac*cks and saltwa*er are key elements in sailing.

Tom

PS--That out of date certificate is driving my browser nuts.
