joining the listservs

I'm sure I'm gonna slap my forehead and say "oh, right" when you tell me. I can't figure out how to join the email lists. I even tried to RTFM but I get a 404 when I go here:

http://www.sailnet.com/listmgr/help/index.html

Anyone?

Lists are down. See special interest groups or boat mfr. forums instead.
