I can't access using Firefox or IE. Chrome is letting me access the site. Firefox has Adblock, IE does not. I have MS Security on the computer; that is not the problem because I am in using Chrome.
You are probably aware of it already, but with Firefox, there is a little program named NoScript which stops any site from executing scripts on your computer. Between it and MS Security Essentials, any nasty, intrusive code is eliminated.
On the left there is an IFrame that displays ads. An IFrame is a method of having a webpage within a webpage. Then there is an ad at the top of the page and another one under the the IFrame which are javascript based.
I think most modern antivirus software will scan web pages before they are opened and prevent most web browsers from opening the pages if it finds something. Even though 99% of the time it won't actually be able to do anything harmful to your web browser or user account they still like to block it so people feel like the AV software is working.
I don't have AV software because it makes everything too slow. I just don't run as administrator.
