Exclamation need help with Coast Pilot!

Hey there, i was tasked with getting the updates for vol 1-5 of Coast Pilot. 1-3 are from 08 and 4-5 are from 07. I need help getting the updated information but dont know how to. My captain doesnt want to buy the new copies so what can i do? and please help quickly, i have a bit of a time constraint.

If you look at the page for downloading them:
United States Coast Pilot®

There is a "critical corrections update" for each coastal pilot. I believe this is what you want.
