Ok, found it. Thanks for that.

It sounds like the Harbor of Refuge, is just that- a place to make a pitstop if you're just trying to get around DelMarVa and need a break.

You don't have to anchor out in the Harbor of Refuge. You can sail into Lewes through the Roosevelt Inlet (Very nice inlet) and dock in town. All the city docks and marina buildings were new a couple of years ago. Get a shower, food, water and have a meal at one of the great restaurants within easy walking distance of your slip. Lewes is one of my favorite towns.
