Line of position tables

I've a friend looking for a mid 1970's edition of Nories Nautical Tables specifically for a 2-page table inside: Capt Ogura's line of position tables. If anyone has a Nories with this table in it, I'd be grateful if I could buy a copy of those two pages or the book itself.

Thanks!
