Navigation instruction - know a guy?

I''m looking for a week vacation on a Chesapeake Bay with a good teaching in advanced sailing and navigation. Does anybody know a good person? I read a lot of ads but I want somebody''s personal experience. Please - from the amateurs, I don''t want a response from a professional looking for a job. Thanks - Mike.
