You just throw it over-board, and the anchor will position itself to the desired scope and best holding area. If you are worried about dragging, you can invest in the "premium" package - it comes with 4x4 to ensure maximum traction....
Well it is ok, they had a coast guard approved ring float in the bed. So they at least passed the coast guard inspection as long as they could find the up to date flairs in the glove box.
