Current predictions - Zulu or Local?

Can anyone tell me definitively if the times in the link below are local or zulu? I've looked around the site and can't find any guidance. All the tide tables I find are in local time, but its not clear on these tide prediction tables that they've done that.

As a Chesapeake Bay sailor we can usually discount the effects of current but I'm preparing for an overnight race so this information becomes more signficant.

Damn the fine print. I looked all over the header, but missed the footer.

I had convinced my self that was the case by comparing low tide time to max flood time. At the few places where both tide and current are measured, max flood current was about 1/2 hour after low tide which makes sense if both times are displayed the same.
