Gulf Stream

Anyone have a link to a website that will show the gulf stream with associated ediies location? We are using a weather router to cross the stream but a picture always helps.

Try PassageWeather.com. Click on the Sector Map for Newport-to-Bermuda and open the tab "Gulf Stream". From this morning:

"It is not so much for its beauty that the sea makes a claim upon men's hearts, as for that subtle something, that quality of air, that emanation from the waves, that so wonderfully renews a weary spirit."

I thought that the current was stronger. It seems that the worse we can get is about 2K. Is this correct?

It can be more than 2 kts.
I've had over 3.5 kts between the Bahamas and Florida.
