How did you conclude that both ships were owned by the same company. I don't believe that is the case. The second photo, which shows Wan Hai, the Wan Hai is on a container that is snagged on the second ship's anchor by the looks of it, not on the second ship itself.

Someone should have stuck their foot out and stopped that boat. (smile). And what was that tug doing way back out of the way??? He should have hopped in there and tried to let them bounce off of him with 'those bumper looking thingys' (Captain Ron).
