I don't get the queezies, but when I get back to land i really feel the "motion" especially laying down. Very disconcerting.

I know lots of people have some problem after being at sea for a number of days then returning to land.

Personally I have some effects when I come ashore and do something like close my eyes when in the shower. I have almost fallen down in the shower which is a good reason to never shower alone! You not only save water and often money but you also can keep each other from falling down!

I have on a couple of occasions been suspected of having alterer motives.... until the specific lady gets into the shower and experiences the same problem when attempting to wash their hair alone.

Now with my solution.... why on earth would I want another cure??????

After arriving in Bermuda from Annapolis I finally stepped into a nice, hot shoreside shower. Tilting my head back to rinse my hair I suddenly found myself power-hurling everywhere! While I've been rubbery-legged after a few long passages that's the first and last time I've gotten land-sick.

I get the same but only on large "Cruise" ships or I should say when I get off of them. On smaller boats and 5 to 7 day fishing trips Im fine on and after the ride. Get me off a large ship and its a few days off work every time.

Yep, after any extended trip at sea both my wife and I get a rolly gait for a day or two and stumble around the shower.

It's pretty common.
