Fish Havens
Between Charleston and Miami my charts show several artificial reefs. Some are marked with yellow buoys. Around these areas there is a hashed box that says "fish stakes."
I have passed many of these areas during the day and never actually seen a fish stake when I go by, but they scare me at night.
Do I need to stay outside of those areas?
