One advantage multihulls have is shallow draft, and often this allows us to anchor in places that other boats can not, or would be unwise to anchor in.
I'd point out that in the race between Man and God, where Man makes something more idiot-proof and God makes a better idiot, GOD IS CLEARLY WINNING. He doesn't have to replace his idiots—he just upgrades them in place.

You know what the first rule of sailing is? ...Love. You can learn all the math in the 'verse, but you take
a boat to the sea you don't love, she'll shake you off just as sure as the turning of the worlds. Love keeps
her going when she oughta fall down, tells you she's hurting 'fore she keens. Makes her a home.
