Leech and Foot lines
Sailcare did a fabulous job cleaning, fixing and replacing the protective fabric on my 150 jib.
They also replaced the foot and leech lines. I know these help shape the sail, but despite reading a lot of discussion on halyard and forestay tension, position of car on track, tell tales etc. I really haven't seen too much info. on adjusting them. Should I keep them snug to help the sail from being blown out?
Sailcare also gave me about 2-3 foot of spare line and I'm assuming I'd never need that amount so should trim it back.
Any general advice? Thanks!
