What do you call the opening on the bulwark

What do you call the openings in the bulwark at the bow where you pass your bowlines thru?

Nope. A mooring "HAWSER" is the mooring line or cable itself. DogShip was/is entirely correct.

Hawse pipe. If it isn't all the way at the bow, it may be a panama.

Panama chock is a closed chock.
most chocks are open.
Hawse Pipe is for fairleading the anchor chain overboard.
If the chock is centered on the bow then it is a "Bull Nose".

Since there's no pipe, perhaps it is a hawse hole.

Hint: it is on the ASA 101 exam...
....

It is usually called a Panama Chock
Might have another name in the UK.

Sometimes called a Mooring Chock if it is on the bow

spillpipe to chain locker..hawsepipe fairleads the chain overboard and is home to the anchor.

next question..what is "warping" a vessel?
