The reason I ask is because it is not unusual to have a boat, if it is in the water, sink enough because of the weight of the snow to put a thru-hull under water that is not usually underwater.
Then it don't take much, leaky hose, bad clamp, frost cycle to sink a boat.
Either that or no one is fessing up.
