4 minutes is the LAW in Canada and US.

Ocean Reef Yacht Club deep in the canal system 1.5miles west of Lucaya on Grand Bahama. The marina is full of very friendly Canadians who I'm sure would keep an eye on her for you.

This one definition is actually quite simple, a cutter has two forestays.
A sloop has one. I'll be surprised if anyone disagrees with this .... but sailors can be crochety :)
