More than enough unless as mentioned there is another issue keeping the engine from starting thus needing a lot of cranking...the booster is practical just in case...after everything up and running...

A small drill hole...If done from the inside you will know if it is cored without making a hole in the outside...If it is solid then you will have a small hole to patch on the outside...

Rather then fill the whole bilge...for a little more work you could put a small container with the bottom cut out around the unit and fill that with water ...temporarily sealing around the base...

Ask at a drug store for pure lanolin...I find it too sticky by itself but mixed with a lighter hand cream it is good....it is the main ingredient in bag balm...

Yes the sequence can change with different systems but the oil in the cooler is always under pressure when the engine is running...That is why people were saying that normally when a cooler fails you...

I disagree about an overfilled crankcase being able to stop the piston... as the piston comes down it would force the oil or water out the dipstick tube and make a big mess ...

I'm with the don't panic crowd...engine maybe stuck rather then siezed...by putting a wrench on the front of the crankshaft or by pulling the starter and using a bar on the ring gear it may be...

They make a set of ear muffs that go over the water intakes on both sides of the leg that you attach a garden hose to...turn on the water and start engine...
