You can also tap sideways and bend the windex arm upwards by 90deg

Tapping on th SS is also good, but the piece may be too...

All I can say is wow....it's hard to find this type of quality, craftsmanship and friendly customer support in Europe..I mean, yes we do have good stuff, as you know, but not as affordable as this....
