Re: Cutlass Housing Issue

Any reason a good waterproof epoxy won't work?

I'm replacing mine also and there is nothing but a tight fit so I'll epoxy the outside of the shell and slip it in.

On mast configuration. N.E./Maine/Nova Scotia sailing.

What's really most important? Of course...

Re: Radar - what to look for

I'm curious as to the advantages of the newer Garmin xHD vs the regular HD.

I understand it has multi-color advantages if used with a newer plotter. I'm not sure it's any more sensitive however?

Re: working on my Alberg (Sea Sprite 23)

Our first sailboat was a Seasprite! Loved that boat.

Classic lines...great for the stiff south westerlies of Buzzards Bay.

You've got a keeper..............Love it!

Re: Air Head Composting Toilet or Similar Mfg.

With our C-head we have a tiny spray bottle with a few drops of tea tree oil mixed with water and just mist the pee chute after each use. NO ODOR! ;)
