Re: Jeanneau Attalia

No serious leaks yet. Some small leakage but I will tighten the exterior screws. I dont want to apply an exterior sealant as it never looks good. At one point I will remove the windows and rebed them...

Re: Jeanneau Attalia

Hi Virgo!

I have not reinforced the chainplates (yet). I'm not sure its necessary. Are you thinking of replacing your mast and putting in a fractional rig? What would be the advantage?

Re: Anyone using bluetooth GPS rcvr with wifi only iPad?

Dick,

This is an older thread. In future, you want to look at the date of the last post before posting something as most people have moved onto other topics. (Although some endure)There is lots on...

I'm still stumped. went for a sail again on Sunday. One tack pretty much each way. Nice 20kts of breeze. On the starboard tack, no water ingress. dry bilge. On the return trip, port...

Hull question

Does anybody know what this is? I discovered it at the end of one summer when I was away and kept the boat on the hard, covered with a tarp. Could it have been the heat, friction? It looks like...

I've been watching the thread from the beginning. I use the ipad when sailing as well as the other associated "beach" activities. I use it as a chartplotter and therefore need the battery charger...

Re: Jeanneau Attalia

Marty how did you do that? I've always used pump out at the marina and it was a vacuum system where they attach the hose and then it would suck everything out. It was a great marina, all I had to do...

Re: Jeanneau Attalia

That's what I thought. But the y valve ( on the aft side of the head wall) seems to have some other function. I think it might link up with the manual bilge pump (also on the aft wall). One of the...
