Re: Best spray on / spray off deck cleaner for sailboats

Seconded.

My boat winters in downtown Toronto beside a major highway and a garbage transfer station. Other than a few 5 gal pails to wash off the big pieces I don't even bother cleaning until I...

Re: "Most common" boat - Lake Ontario

George
Think "share". In theory you sell your share to the next person when you leave but that presumes there is someone waiting to buy. My friend with the Cal is still waiting for the return of his...

Re: "Most common" boat - Lake Ontario

In picking a marina my first consideration is price, 2nd is what do you see when sailing and being "close to home" is 3rd. I used to live in Markham so Bluffers was close. Now I am in Etobicoke and...

Re: US Approves Ferry Service to Cuba

My USVI experience is St Thomas.

Re: US Approves Ferry Service to Cuba

Exactly what those of us who visit Cuba are afraid will happen. It's inevitable and too bad. If you can see the difference between the USVI and the BVI's I hope Cuba becomes more like the BVI's.

Re: Deck Scupper: Tiny Leak

I actually tried to do this but with some West Systems epoxy. I made a mess and it ended up being just a thin coat. I then thought of the eavestrough repair stuff as I was fixing my eaves.
