NE Riggers will come to your marina.

Far as sails I've been using Doyle Sail in Salem. There a few sail lofts in Salem/Marblehead.

I used North East Rigging to replace the standing rigging last year - they were very responsive and the price was reasonable. I think they're located in Concord.

Not sure if this would be helpful to anyone, but...

I live in the Upstate NY bought a new 37' sailboat this year. The boat is now on land and the sails are in my living room- wife not happy.
