The Magma Gas BBQ looks like a winner, but I agree with buffalobrewer, I would get a Green Egg Grill... they somehow make everything taste 10x as good.

Also, get a nice industrial chain and lock ;)

If you're wanting to save some money, a truck box does the job. They're usually extremely sturdy and have heavy latches and cost under $200. You will have to drill some holes in the bottom to mount...

Bass Pro has a pretty nice one for just under $500 "Sevylor® Colorado Hunting and Fishing Canoe" (says canoe but is more like a kayak). I think they also have a single-seat version for less....

Hey, just signed up today. I work for a company that manufactures boat dock materials and I spend much of my time around lakes and at boat shows... not a bad deal!
