Honda vs mercury, 5hp vs 6hp

Does any one have feedback on how much more power I'd get from a 6hp versus 5hp outboard - and honda versus mercury for ease of starting etc? Thanks, Kate

Well your experience re-iterates my brother's (using the new formulation of Bristol) hard to work with and a disappointing results. Also, I'll go with the more expensive sure thing and marine paint...
