The only Navtec cylinders charged with nitrogen are the vangs. The standard cylinders have a pneumatic return charge.

My advice to you is deep six the thing. It''s outdated vintage tin. there are no manuals or seal kits in existance that I''m aware of.
If you really want to hang on to it, send it to me at Florida...
