got a good look with a mirror and it seems that its either the bottom aft end of the bellows or the prop shaft. either way we have to haul.

I have never had any water get past the PSS but today I had a full bilge (small bilge that is specifically under the PSS) I hate to over react but ANY water there I feel is something of a concern. ...

Is it necessary to have the boat out of the water to replace the bellows? IE install the maintenance kit??

I didn't install this originally and I am not sure if I have to haul the boat.

just got a quote to have the bottom VC17ed. 38feet with wing. $1500. $660 for the paint alone!

And I can't do it myself as the boat is 12 or so states away.
