Alberg 37 Mast Boot

Can anyone recommend a boot style for this mast/partner joint. Mine leaks on the flats in either side (port/stbd) of the mast. And the partner's shape on the deck does not lend itself to sealing...

Alberg 37 Rudder

I have a 1982 Mk II Alberg 37 Yawl. The rudder is 'off center' as if it has slipped between the steering centre and the post. Or the stop is out off centre, but does not look off centre.
