Re: Fraud on the hook

The story indicated that some work had been one on the boat, right? Think this (http://www.nolo.com/legal-encyclopedia/what-property-lien.html) would help? I'm sure there's paperwork but in Cruces,...

Re: 26' Ericson - Need a little help

Planning a move to Jacksonville, FL in the next few months. Once there, I hope to start learning to sail and figured it'd be cheaper long term to own a boat than rent one for lessons. I know, boats...

Re: 26' Ericson - Need a little help

This is what I've got so far:

Re: 26' Ericson - Need a little help

I am officially convinced. Not the boat for me. I will continue to post info about it as it arrives though so you all have more knowledge if someone else gets a wild hair. At least that way this...

26' Ericson - Need a little help

I've never owned a boat or sailed before. It's in NC and I'd need to get it and sail it to a better location for me... First sail would be a coastal cruise.

I'm looking at an Ericson 26 for $500...
