I have a Davis which I bought new 20 years ago and also a nice Tamaya which had belonged to a Japanese ship's captain.
The Davis is easier to use because it is so light, and there is hardly any...

If you aren't familiar with sextants, with the differences between them, and the many ways they can be damaged and made inaccurate, stay away from ebay and go to someplace like celestaire that sells...
