Problem solved. I was able to stop the leak long enough to seal it with silicon caulk. Watched it for several hours and is ok. Will check periodically also. Thank you for your assistance.

The leak is not coming from where the housing contacts the hull. Instead, it is coming through between two parts of the transducer. Unable to tighten these pieces any more for fear of breakage. Would...
